Vlaming Head Lighthouse

Vlaming Head Lighthouse

Take a wine or beer and watch the sunset from the top of the Vlaming Head Lighthouse.

The lighthouse has a rich history from the time it was built in 1912 and through the world war in 1942. Today the lighthouse still stands strong and is a fantastic place for visitors to stop by and read up on the local history of Vlamingh Head. It’s also a great place to watch the migrating Humpback whales at sunset during the migration season.

The Ningaloo Lighthouse Caravan Park is situated at the base of the lighthouse hill and offers a look into the history of the people who lived and worked at the Vlaming Head Lighthouse. Our caravan park has preserved the history of the lighthouse keepers cottage.
