Please note: Fresh drinking water is available from the Tourist Information Centre in Exmouth. We supply desalinated drinking water only from tanks available throughout the park. Please ensure you fill all caravan water tanks in Exmouth before staying with us as we cannot supply water for filling tanks. Bore water (artesian) is available on sites for showers and dish washing.
Please note: The use of illegal phone repeaters is strictly prohibited at the park. Using an illegal phone repeater will result in termination from your stay at the Caravan Park.
Deposits for accommodation being booked at the caravan park are payable as follows:
All balances owing in respect of the accommodation must be paid in full on arrival and prior to occupancy.
Credit card and EFTPOS facilities are available. Please note that we do not accept Amex or Diners cards.
Payment of the deposit is an acknowledgment and agreement by you to these booking terms and conditions. Once the deposit is paid your reservation is confirmed and the cancellation policy described in these terms and conditions will apply to you.
We reserve the right to relocate or change the booked accommodation or site number prior to or on arrival. Where the relocation or change results in a decrease in the total amount owed, the lower amount will be payable by you. You will not be required to pay an additional charge if the relocation or change results in an increase in the total amount owed by you under your original booking.
Please note that our prices are subject to change without notice to you. Prices are reviewed annually in October of each year and all quoted prices will be changed to reflect any price rise for the current year after the review has been completed.
All accommodation stays are required to agree to a $200.00 bond on arrival of their stay. This is to ensure that you abide by the rules and regulations which apply to the caravan park accommodation. This bond will require a credit card pre-authorization or cash bond of $200.00 payable on arrival.
The bond will be released on satisfactory inspection after departure.
Dogs are welcome however an additional $50.00 bond is required from any occupant whose dog will also be staying in the caravan park. This is to ensure that you abide by the dog rules of the park. The additional bond will also be payable on arrival by either credit card pre-authorization or cash. This bond will be released on satisfactory inspection at departure. Dog owners must notify reception of their dog at the time of booking. Failing to do so may result in an additional charge. Dogs are strictly prohibited in any of the onsite accommodation.
We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go astray. Excluding reservations made during the July school holiday period, reservation dates may be moved subject to availability within 12 weeks from the original accommodation start date otherwise it will classify as a cancellation and no refund of deposit will be issued.
From the time that you make your booking your site or accommodation is held for you therefore please choose your accommodation dates carefully.
We encourage you to obtain appropriate travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances during your journey (e.g. road and weather conditions, accidents and injury).
You acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee the availability of a site / accommodation on a date which is 9 months or more after the date on which you make your booking.
If we become aware that a site / accommodation will not be available on your reservation date for any reason, we will notify you no later than 2 months before your reservation date and promptly refund any deposit fees that you have paid to us.
In this case, we are not liable to you for any other costs, expenses, loss or damage incurred by you or others by reason of your booking being cancelled and you agree not to bring or permit to be brought any action against us.
Guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to their accommodation at the caravan park (including any appliances, furniture, keys, fixtures and fittings fair wear and tear excluded). You must notify the caravan park’s management immediately if any damage, breakage, loss or theft occurs in respect of the accommodation.
Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings and we are under no obligation to replace or compensate, nor shall we be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of guest’s property being lost, stolen or damaged. Please ensure that your personal property is stored securely at all times while staying at the caravan park.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be held responsible or liable for any accident, loss suffered to property or person, damage, fatality, injury, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or health-related issue whatsoever during your stay at the caravan park. You agree to fully and finally release and discharge us from any liability, claim, action, right or entitlement whatsoever that you have against us whether known or unknown, whether accrued, contingent or inchoate arising out of, concerning or relating to your stay except to the extent that a claim has arisen due from our wilful default.
Reception Hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm during season (1st April – 31st October) and 8:00am to 5:00pm during low season (1st November – 31st March). Guests arriving outside of those hours need to contact our office prior to arrival by phone or email for out of office arrival information.
Check out for all guests is 10:00am and the accommodation must be left in a safe and tidy condition.
Check in for sites is 11:00am and for accommodation 2:00pm.
Linen is provided in all accommodation stays.
Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
All accommodation and other buildings in the caravan park are non-smoking areas.
All site and accommodation users must behave in a manner that is respectful of all other users.
We ask that guests limit excessive noise between 10:00pm and 8:00am as a courtesy to others.
A maximum number of occupants applies for each accommodation type (as noted on our website) and cannot be exceeded. If on arrival the number of people exceeds the maximum for the accommodation type, we reserve the right to decline or vary the booking in our discretion.
The caravan park management reserves the right to evict persons who are deemed to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner, causing damage, disturbing users or are in breach of any other park rules. Where applicable, any deposits will be forfeited.
In the event of a cyclone warning requiring evacuation, guests must follow the directions from the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
If you have any problems or complaints, you must inform the caravan park management at the earliest opportunity so that we have the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You must allow caravan park management and its employees and contractors to access your accommodation during reasonable hours in order to try to rectify any problem or complaint.
Any complaint which cannot be resolved locally must be notified (in writing or by phone or email) to caravan park management prior to departure from the park.
Failure to follow the procedures above may hinder caravan park management’s ability to rectify the problem or complaint.
